About the showBlueprints is a unique Christian musical experience. Not simply a collection of worship songs, but a story told through music, narration, and stage visuals. This show tells the story of the Passion—the arrival, arrest, and crucifixion of Jesus. We have been given clear directions—a Blueprint for how to live our lives—and this show demonstrates that concept in a unique and engaging way. The show is not only filled with inspiring music but is also complemented by stunning visuals and a challenging message of faith and transformation. The story’s depth will bring renewal and a sense of purpose to a culture in desperate need of change.
After my life was turned upside down in 2022, I began a journey of discovery, self-improvement, and renewal of faith. But now I see the godlessness that catapulted me into the hardest time of my life staining a once-great American culture and I am compelled to use my experience, my profession, and my faith to share a message that runs counter to the corruption of the world. So I am using my personal and professional experiences to create this inspiring and uplifting message for people who feel lost—taken by the corruption of the world. To help make this vision a reality, you can make a donation to help me produce this show at the GiveSendGo link above. I am currently in the process of writing the music for the show, but now I am looking to the next step: production. The next step for this project will be hiring vocal talent to fill the various roles of the show! The roles below are PAID roles – pay varies for each role based on the number of pieces and the intensity of the role. If you are interested in one or more of the open roles listed below, please send a sample of your singing using the contact form below. You may submit either a link to a recording or a file of you singing. The vocal style should be musical theatre. (Lead roles may want to demonstrate both mixed voice and belting, but it is not required.

If you have any questions about the roles or about the show in general, please do not hesitate to contact me using the form below!
- The current project is recording an album, so video is not required. Your demo samples can be audio only.
- You must either A) have the ability to record your vocals in your own space OR B) be willing/able to record near Pittsburgh, PA. (Remote sessions are acceptable, as long as you have a reliable internet connection and sufficient recording equipment/space.)
- There is no need to submit education or work history — I'm interested in your voice, not your resume.
- Absolutely no preference (nor discrimination) will be given to any person based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, color, creed, etc. These factors will not be considered in any way, shape or form. The only thing I consider in the casting process is your voice and how well you would perform the role for which you are submitting your interest.
- The second phase of the project will be a regional or national tour of the show in 2024 — should you be cast in the role for the album, you will be offered the opportunity first for the same role for the tour. However, you are under no obligation to tour the show (since I can't give details of dates or locations until we get to that point).

Professional voice actor, writer, husband, father. Jacob has a special talent for delivering meaningful and inspiring performances in the many characters he has played. 
Lead Role - The Builder (the "Villain")
Voice type: Bass (Range E2-B2) This man has been overseeing the construction project for years. He knows best. Leading his workers with control and determination, always. 
Supporting Roles - Workers (the "Ensemble")
Chorus of 5: Soprano, Mezzo, Alto, Tenor, Baritone Loyal to a fault, they have worked tirelessly for their whole lives. Are they happy? No. But what can they do? This is just how life is... |
Lead Role - The Lost Man (the "Saved")
Voice type: Tenor (Range A2-G4) Stuck outside the walled city, this young man struggles to find hope as he stumbles through life, each decision leading to a worse path than before. 
Lead Role - Architect (the "Hero")
Voice type: Baritone (Range G2-F4) A man who comes to correct the mistakes on the construction project. After all, he wrote the Blueprints in the first place. Loved by the lost.
